WSFS Bank is seeking ambitious College students for the 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid, 10-week internship offers hands-on project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, and professional development opportunities across the bank.

Interns will collaborate with industry professionals, participate in volunteer initiatives, networking events, and leadership panel discussions while gaining exposure to multiple business lines and real-world initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be able to work up to 5 days on-site at a WSFS Bank office.
• Must have strong computer proficiency and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day LMS operations and course configuration.
• Enroll learners and test system functionality.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with leaders across business lines on internship projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to build your skills, expand your professional network, and explore rewarding career paths with one of the region’s leading financial institutions.Enterprise Learning & Change Management - Work with members of the Enterprise Learning and Change Management Team to support day-to-day learning technology operations. Responsibilities include assisting with LMS administration activities such as course configuration, learner enrollment management, testing system functionality, monitoring user access, troubleshooting issues, content updates, and performing quality assurance reviews.
