Job summary

WSFS Bank invites ambitious college students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid, 10-week internship offers hands-on project work, mentorship, executive exposure, and development opportunities across bank departments.

Interns gain experience in product design, digital experience, market research, promotion campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives that drive growth and engagement. Eligible for continued opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prefer a business-related college major.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support and present on projects, research, or operational activities for Senior Leaders.
• Contribute to real business initiatives across bank departments.
• Engage in professional development activities and mentorship.
• Collaborate across multiple business lines on real-world projects.
