Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks an Advanced Support Tools intern to contribute to projects building Tools and AI solutions for faster Tech Support issue resolution. You will work with leaders, implement new ideas, and gain exposure to a culture of innovation.

You will document complex processes, develop practical solutions, and deliver operational efficiencies while remaining enrolled in a related degree program and maintaining strong communication with teammates.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree; must remain enrolled.
• GPA of 3.0 or above (verified at time of hire).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate and build relationships.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, Azure or Google Cloud; ETL and version control via Git.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects to build Tools and AI solutions to help the Tech Support team troubleshoot customer issues faster.
• Deliver operational efficiency and improved issue resolution for customers.
• Document complex processes and present results in a clear format to stakeholders.
