Job summary

Stryker is offering a Summer 2027 Advanced Support Tools internship in Indiana to build tools and AI solutions that help the Tech Support team troubleshoot faster and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and remain enrolled after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with ETL frameworks and desire to learn how to build them.
• Experience with version control and build automation systems like Git.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI.
• Familiarity with data processing libraries like NumPy, Pandas and Airflow.
• Familiarity with Cursor, Microsoft CoPilot, prompt engineering and vibe-coding tools.
