Job summary

Stryker Group is offering a Sales Support Analyst Intern role in the United States. The position focuses on AI-driven process improvements, training material creation, and analytics to support Sales Support operations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and must remain enrolled after internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Explore AI and automation opportunities to streamline team processes and improve efficiency.
• Create training materials, guides, job aids, knowledge articles, and process docs.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying workflow challenges and proposing solutions.
• Assist with data analysis projects, gathering insights to support decision-making.
• Partner with Sales Support, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional teams to document requirements.
• Maintain and improve team knowledge management tools, ensuring up-to-date info.
• Participate in project planning and execution, driving initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor performance.
• Test and evaluate new tools and system enhancements for operational excellence.
• Present findings and recommendations to teams and stakeholders.
