Job description

As a Sales Support Analyst Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that improve how our team operates, communicates, and supports the business. In this role, you may:

• Explore AI and automation opportunitiesto help streamline team processes, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency across Sales Support activities.
• Create training materials and team resources, including guides, reference documents, job aids, knowledge articles, and process documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiativesby identifying workflow challenges and helping design solutions that enhance the employee and customer experience.
• Assist with data analysis projects, gathering insights from business data to support decision‑making, track key metrics, and identify trends.
• Partner with Sales Support, Sales Leadership, and cross‑functional teamsto understand business needs and help document processes and requirements.
• Help maintain and improve team knowledge management tools, ensuring information is organized, accessible, and up to date.
• Participate in project planning and execution, contributing ideas and helping drive initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizationsthat help teams monitor performance and make data‑driven decisions.
• Test and evaluate new tools, technologies, and system enhancementsthat support operational excellence.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project updatesto team members and stakeholders, gaining valuable experience in business communication and collaboration.

What You Need

• Currently pursuing aBachelor’s or Master’sdegree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree‑seeking program after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred)
• Must be legallyauthorized to work in the U.S. and not requireemployment-basedsponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

This internship offers hands‑on experience in process improvement, AI innovation, business analytics, training development, and project management while making a tangible impact on the Sales Support organization.

$20 min hourly wage – $35 max hourly wage, sign‑on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location
