Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Prior experience with accounts payable/receivable preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Review, reconcile, and resolve client issues.
• Analyze, prepare, and post journal entries.
• Prepare financial statements and assist with audits.
• Support office operations and front desk coverage as needed.
• Provide professional, responsive service to clients.
