Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield offers an EIC Internship in Client Accounting to learn the fundamentals of accounting within CRE client services. You will work with multiple managers and teams to gain hands-on experience in a large, fast-paced firm.

Responsibilities include processing AP/AR, posting journal entries, preparing financial statements, and supporting client accounting and office operations. This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and teamwork in a professional setting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Accounting (juniors and seniors preferred).
• Prior accounts payable/receivable experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Proven record of providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Review, reconcile, and resolve client issues.
• Analyze, prepare, and post journal entries.
• Prepare financial statements; reconcile and review for accuracy.
• Provide professional, responsive customer service to Client Accounting requests.
• Support management with special projects as needed.
