Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, or other real estate accounting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Full Cycle Accounting including analysis of accounts and transactions.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages for multiple clients.
• Research and communicate complex accounting issues to clients and manage timely collaboration with property management.
• Prepare and review fixed asset ledgers and depreciations per client requirements; calculate straight-line rent as needed.
• Assist with audits and provide documentation for internal and external review.
