Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an EIC 2027 Summer Intern in Client Accounting in St. Louis. You will learn fundamentals of accounting within commercial real estate and support multiple managers/teams to deliver excellent client service.

The internship offers hands-on experience in a large, fast-paced CRE environment, with responsibilities spanning AP/AR, journal postings, and financial statement prep, while developing professional customer service and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (juniors and seniors preferred).
• Prior accounts payable/receivable experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented and thorough; able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Review, reconcile, and resolve client issues.
• Post journal entries and assist with financial statements prep.
• Support office operations including front desk coverage and supplies.
