As a Business Development Intern, you will operate at the intersection of internal transformation and external market strategy, helping map the path forward for new initiatives. You will be challenged to define problems, build the strategic exploration and architecture required to move initiatives forward, and collaborate with engineering,

Qualifications

• Onsite work in Herndon, VA for the duration of the summer internship.
• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or Business Administration.
• Authorized to work in the US without current, or future, visa sponsorship.
• Hybrid thinker: capable of synthesizing business and technical perspectives.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to define the What and Why before How.
• Strategic and operational mindset with awareness of internal design and workflows.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Define Phase Zero problems and architect strategies for new services or internal systems.
• Conduct market scouting and external exploration to build go-to-market hypotheses.
• Redesign workflows and internal processes to support new growth.
• Design value propositions and prototypes to prove commercial value.
