Job summary

Airbus's Satair USA, Inc. is seeking a Summer Intern - Customer Resolution Specialist to join our Customer Resolution Team in Herndon, VA.

You will support a customer-focused group responsible for responding to inquiries and processing spare parts orders for Airbus aircraft and for competitor aircraft in the Americas. This onsite internship requires an HS Diploma/GED and current pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Satair is looking for a Summer Intern - Customer Resolution Specialist to join our Customer Resolution Team based in Herndon, VA

You will be part of a customer-focused team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong internal and external relationships.

Your Challenges:

• Review the daily workload management of the CRS Team
• Identify and contribute to projects for efficiency in workload management
• Work with Process Specialist to create training schedules
• Other duties as needed

Your Boarding Pass:

• HS Diploma/GED and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an accredited college or university.
• Able to work onsite in Herndon, VA for the duration of the Summer Internship.
• Ability to work in the US without current or future need of visa sponsorship.
• Skilled in the use of computer/programs to include Google Suite of products.
• Communicate effectively in verbal and written form with internal and external customers.
• Must be well organized and have good time management skills.

• Vision: able to see and read computer screen and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings. Required daily. 100%

• Personal Protective Equipment required: steel toed shoes are required for all shop floor visits; appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor. 100%

Pay Range:

Hourly range based on the required profile: $24 - $39.75/hour. Rate determined by type of degree program and year in school (Bachelors through Masters).

Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on geographic differential. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
