Job summary

Adventureland Park is seeking a Food & Beverage Intern (Marketing) to support department leadership, enhance guest experiences, and contribute to sales growth during the summer season. You will work with hosts, managers, and guests to develop leadership, communication, and operational skills in a fast-paced amusement park environment.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates or undergraduates in Hospitality, Business, or Event Management, with strong English, customer service, and teamwork

Qualifications

Education: related major in a field relevant to F&B operations or management.
Education/Experience: 1+ years in a related role; amusement park experience preferred.
Language: English fluency; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee a large number of hosts within the F&B department and venues.
Lead by example and represent Adventureland's core values.
Mentor and coach team members; backfill F&B positions when needed.
Participate in supervision including hiring, orientation, and performance coaching.
Ensure meal and breaks comply with state laws and regulations.
Assist with team scheduling, timekeeping, and tip allocation.
