Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in a college/university during May–August 2027.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to the internship.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with BOM/Route management, PowerBI, SAP, and modeling tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational efficiency through data analytics, capacity planning and productivity management initiatives.
• Analyze operational performance data and develop standardized routing data structures and templates.
• Support the creation of tools that enhance manufacturing planning and decision-making.
• Design and deliver training materials and workshops for operational leaders using real plant data.
• Assess routing practices, recommend data governance improvements and develop standardized templates.
