Hershey Entertainment & Resorts invites students to join the 2027 Summer Hospitality Internship Program (HIP), a supervisory track designed for college students pursuing Hospitality, Tourism Management, Food & Beverage, and Recreation careers. Interns gain leadership experience, receive perks, and may be placed at properties like The Hotel Hershey, Hershey Lodge, and Hersheypark Entertainment Complex.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Active enrollment in a Bachelor's program in Hospitality, Tourism, Recreation, or related field (May 2027 graduates considered).
• Prior work experience in hospitality preferred.
• Some positions may require a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to obtain lifeguard, CPR and first aid certifications for Recreation internships.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to maintain hospitality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dining room and service operations within Food & Beverage internships.
• Assist Front of House guest-facing teams in Guest Services and related outlets.
• Lead Recreation activities and oversee daily operations and team meetings.
• Oversee housekeeping-related duties, room inspections and supervision of staff.
• Coordinate housing logistics and support operations across Hershey properties.
