Job summary

The Chocolatier Culinary Intern at Hersheypark is a part-time, on-site internship located in Hershey, PA. You will assist in coordinating kitchen operations, inventory, ordering, and scheduling for The Chocolatier Restaurant + Patio Bar.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a student currently enrolled in a Culinary program or a recent Culinary program graduate within 6 months of applying.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing dining plans, kitchen guidelines, food safety and handling procedures, and food presentation techniques.
• Assist with communicating staffing requirements for scheduling and updates.
• Assist with ordering of food items and supplies and receiving and storing them appropriately.
• Assist with inventory management, including rotating stock, counting, and adhering to standard par levels.
• Assist with food preparation and service shifts.
• Enter and modify standardized recipe forms.
• Other duties as assigned.
