Job summary

Hersheypark in Hershey, PA is offering a Leadership Development Internship that combines on-site work with structured learning. As an intern you will work as a Hersheypark Team Member in one of our core operations areas, gain hands-on experience, and participate in weekly professional development sessions to sharpen your hospitality and entertainment skills.

This paid internship runs May 15 through August 7, 2027, with housing options available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old at start of program.
• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited university.
• Pre-employment drug testing and/or post-employment RAMP certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in Hersheypark operations (Rides & Attractions, Lifeguarding, or Food & Beverage).
• Participate in weekly professional development sessions and earn a Certificate of Completion.
• Review Detailed Job Functions Guide for specific roles.
• Internship may include housing provided by the company.
