Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduates and graduates. Interns work on meaningful projects and receive mentorship while attending development workshops.

Interns may explore tracks in Business Administration, IT, Analytics & Data, Public Health, and other non-technical and technical programs, with hands-on tasks and exposure to data-informed decision making and health equity initiatives.

Qualificações

• Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Must maintain good academic standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategic initiatives to improve community health outcomes with data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with staff across community health, program implementation and evaluation teams.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect member privacy.
• Attend development workshops and participate in health equity projects.
• Perform a mix of technical and non-technical tasks across projects.
