Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc. is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduates and graduates. Interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored by managers, and attend development workshops across tracks such as Analytics, Public Health, and Business Administration.

The program runs from June to August, with up to 40 hours per week. Housing is not provided, and remote work may be considered case-by-case.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Good academic standing and strong written/verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives to improve community health outcomes through data-informed decision making.
• Collaborate with community health, program implementation and evaluation teams.
• Develop and deliver educational programming on health equity and related topics.
