Strategic Education, Inc. is offering a Summer Internship Program in its corporate finance function, based near Minneapolis, MN or Herndon, VA. The role provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development within a publicly traded higher education company.

The student will assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial models, and data analysis, while gaining exposure to GAAP and financial reporting in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance with expected Spring 2027 graduation.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data and trends.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
• Attention to detail in data analysis, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Effective verbal and written communication with colleagues.
• Ability to think critically and propose solutions.
• Proficient in Excel for data manipulation and modeling.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to change.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
