Job summary

Farm Credit Services of America is offering a 12-week Financial Planning and Analysis Internship in Omaha, NE. Interns will learn to develop and improve financial models used in the Annual Financial Plan and budgeting, plus performance analysis.

You'll work on real projects with teams, researching projections under various economic scenarios, and present insights to leaders across the Associations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available for a 12-week internship during the summer.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budgets and financial plans and monitor results against these plans.
• Assist with budgeting, staffing, loan pricing and growth expectations.
• Partner with teams across Associations to understand drivers and impacts on financials.
• Prepare and present management reports with variance analyses and KPIs.
• Provide ad hoc financial analyses to support strategy and what-if scenarios.
• Help prepare presentation materials for directors and senior leadership.

Education

Finance/Accounting-related degree

GPA 3.0 or higher
