Target Brands, Inc. is offering a Finance Intern position within the Financial Analyst Development Program (FADP) starting Summer 2027 in Minneapolis. The 10-week, project-based internship provides hands-on experience across budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling under mentorship from FP&A professionals.

You'll work on a real project from start to finish, gain exposure to technology and property investments, and present results to leadership. Starting hourly rate is $28.00.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Curious, adaptable, and committed to ongoing learning.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A projects in budgeting, sales forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Work on a project from start to finish and present results to leadership.
• Receive extensive training and mentorship throughout the program.
• Collaborate with various FP&A teams through job shadows and panels.
