Job summary

LANGE Shared Services invites rising finance students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program from May 17, 2027 to August 6, 2027. As a Finance Intern, you will support FP&A with modeling, forecasting, and reporting, while gaining exposure to budgeting and cross-functional collaboration.

You'll work with senior leaders, participate in development events, and contribute to process improvements and ad hoc analyses.

Qualifications

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
Strong Excel skills with the ability to structure and analyze data.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated interest in corporate finance and planning.

Responsibilities

Assists with updates of financial projection models, including revising assumptions and forecasts.
Compiles, analyzes, and summarizes financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights.
Supports variance analysis by comparing actual results to plan and identifying key drivers.
Helps improve reporting processes, including streamlining recurring reports and exploring simple automation tools to improve efficiency.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement within FP&A activities.
Conducts ad hoc analyses and contribute to special projects as assigned.
