Job summary

Target is seeking an intern for the Financial Analyst Development Program (FADP) starting Summer 2027 in Minneapolis. This 10-week project-based internship provides a realistic preview into finance roles, with exposure to FP&A workflows and hands-on experience across budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

You will complete a project from start to finish, receive mentorship, and present results to leadership.
