Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated in White Marsh, MD invites applications for a Summer 2027 Customer Innovation Intern. You will translate lab concepts to pilot plant prototypes, perform analytical testing, and prepare technical reports under mentor guidance.

You will collaborate with internal experts to address formulation challenges and present findings to stakeholders. The role requires active enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's program, the ability to work 40 hours per week during summer, and US work

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Food Science, Food Engineering or related field.
• Completed at least two years of undergraduate coursework if still undergrad.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage work projects to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Analyze data, results, and literature to advance projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following GMPs and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with Customer Innovation and internal experts to solve formulation challenges and develop solutions.
• Present prototypes, project status updates, and outcomes to team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations communicating findings and recommendations.
