Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited program in Surveying, Geospatial Sciences, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a coordinated team.
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs and perform outdoor tasks in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Assist the survey crew with field tasks, including brush clearing, setting up tripods and prisms, and carrying the survey rod for staking.
Load, unload, and maintain survey equipment and supplies for daily assignments.
Set up back sights and operate survey instruments under supervision.
Follow established safety and field procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
Work in a variety of outdoor environments and terrains to collect accurate data for survey projects.
