Philip Morris International U.S. invites you to join its Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program.

This 10-week internship offers hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations within a defined territory, with real client impact and exposure to senior leaders. You'll ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market data, support performance reviews, and contribute to retailer engagement and activation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship conclusion.
