Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program in the United States.

The 10-week internship provides hands-on experience in field sales, analytics, and business development across an assigned territory, with exposure to senior sales leaders. Interns will work in the field with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects supporting territory growth and consumer engagement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
