Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is offering a 12-week summer internship for undergraduates to learn about the central banking system. Interns will be matched with a department to contribute to real projects and participate in workshops, building professional networks and exposure to diverse careers. Interns work 40 hours per week, on-site, and are paid $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergrad degree; open to graduates December 2026 or later.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with standard office software and eager to learn new tools.
• Demonstrates core values such as service, integrity, inclusion and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate capital construction projects with internal and external partners.
• Support preventive maintenance planning and work order coordination.
• Assist with BAS and IWMS implementation and documentation.
• Support building operations, asset organization and space management activities.
