Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong fundamentals in engineering principles, materials, and construction processes.
• Coursework or projects in transportation, site design, geotechnical engineering, or related areas preferred.
• Familiarity with CAD or engineering tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS preferred.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Three Notch Group departments to experience project delivery phases from start to finish.
• Contribute to real assignments reinforcing engineering concepts and problem-solving.
• Assist with plans, calculations, reports, and data summaries under supervision.
• Gain exposure to possible services including Civil/Site Development, Transportation, Utility, Environmental, Geotechnical, and Construction Engineering.
• Attend project meetings, trainings, and mentorship sessions.
