Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and construction processes from coursework or projects.
• Familiarity with CAD/engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS preferred.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments and disciplines to experience multiple phases of project delivery from start to finish.
• Assist with preparation of plans, calculations, reports, exhibits, data summaries, and quantity estimates under supervision.
• Learn about Three Notch Group services across Civil/Site Development, Transportation, Environmental, and related areas.
• Participate in field visits, inspections, testing, data collection, and construction-related activities as assigned.
