Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a full‑time undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
• Basic familiarity with software deployment concepts and devices.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of enterprise software and devices.
• Assist with packaging, testing, and deployment of software installers (MSI/MSIX/EXE).
• Support MECM/SCCM deployment workflows and content distribution.
• Assist with Intune deployment and co‑management initiatives between MECM and Intune.
• Contribute to patch management and remediation documentation.
