Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc. invites undergraduates and graduates to a 10-week paid internship in End User Computing. You’ll work with senior engineers on software packaging, deployment, and device management, gaining hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM, Intune, and modern endpoint security.

The program runs June to August, up to 40 hours/week, with mentoring, development workshops, and exposure to patching and deployment processes. Housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Majors in Computing Sciences or IT; strong interest in endpoint management and automation.
• High school diploma with ongoing full-time college enrollment; good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of enterprise software and devices.
• Learn to create, test, and troubleshoot software packages (MSI, MSIX, EXE).
• Participate in MECM/SCCM operations: collections, deployments, content distribution, monitoring.
