Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Computing Sciences/IT degree.
• Interest in endpoint management, systems administration and automation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Windows 11 administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist End User Computing team with software deployment and device management.
• Learn and help create, test, and troubleshoot installation packages.
• Support MECM/SCCM operations and Intune deployment tasks.
• Document procedures and assist with patch management and software updates.
