Job summary

Qualifications

• Majors in Computing Sciences/IT or similar program are preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in teams
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and professional desktop use

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of enterprise software and devices
• Assist with packaging and deployment using MSI, MSIX, EXE and vendor installers
• Work with MECM/SCCM to build, distribute content, monitor deployments and manage app lifecycle
• Assist with Microsoft Intune and co-management initiatives between MECM and Intune
• Contribute to patch and vulnerability management, OS/app updates, and deployment validation
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion
• Maintain confidentiality and support member privacy
• Regular attendance and alignment with team priorities in a collaborative environment
