WSP USA is seeking a Full-Time Electrical Engineering (Transmission) Intern to join our Power and Energy Team in Ann Arbor, MI. This 12-week summer internship targets undergrad/grad students, starting May 17, 2027, with flexible start date.

Interns gain hands-on experience on real projects, work alongside senior staff, and participate in mentorship, networking, and career-connection opportunities through the Developing Professionals Network.

Qualificações

• Enrolled in an accredited Electrical Engineering program with anticipated graduation Aug 2027 or later.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Demonstrated interest in Electrical Engineering and projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for audiences of engineers and non-engineers.
• Capable of taking direction from mentors and managers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop technical, social, and ethical skills through engineering tasks.
• Learn basic principles of Electrical Engineering.
• Assist with project research, field work, and preliminary design calculations/analysis.
• Assist in preparing final design plans, provisions, and cost estimates.
• Help collect and maintain project documentation.
• Complete required training on assigned tasks.
