Job summary

Reyes Holdings is offering a Distribution Operations Intern program for the summer across multiple US distribution centers. The 12-week internship includes on-the-job training, project management experiences, and mentorship from leaders.

Interns will shadow distribution leaders, gain exposure to the full lifecycle of the distribution model, and work on process improvement initiatives with business partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; the company will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through distribution center functions including warehouse operations, transportation, restaurant services/customer service/field service, inventory, and human resources.
• Lead specific projects and participate in internship program training activities and events.
• Complete business-specific projects timely and present final results to leadership.
