Reyes Holdings is seeking a Distribution Operations Intern to join our fast-paced distribution centers for a 12-week summer program. You'll gain hands-on training in multiple functions, plus mentorship from our leadership team.

You'll rotate through warehouse operations, transportation, customer service, inventory, and HR, lead a process-improvement project, and present findings to senior leaders at the end. This role emphasizes teamwork and business acumen.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with current pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all distribution center functions including warehouse operations, transportation, customer service, inventory, and HR.
• Function as lead on specific projects and participate in program trainings and events.
• Lead a process improvement project and present results to executive leadership at the end of the internship.
• Develop business acumen by understanding all business areas and collaborating with partners.
