Job summary

Southwest Airlines invites students to join the Digital Testing & Optimization Internship in Dallas for Summer 2027. The 12-week program runs May 18–August 8, 2027, with hands-on support across teams to drive key initiatives and a capstone presentation to leaders.

You will gain experience in testing (A/B and multivariate), analytics, and reporting while contributing to real projects. On-site at the Dallas campus, you’ll receive equipment, possible stipends, and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Full-time student enrolled during internship with at least 3 semesters remaining.
• Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA at time of application.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, MIS or related field.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support testing and optimization projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate projects, track deliverables, and document updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.
• Prepare materials and presentations for stakeholders and leaders.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Adobe Analytics Workspace.
