Citizens Bank is offering a 10-week Business Insights Undergraduate Internship to support data and analytics initiatives across the bank. Interns are paired with host teams, work on real-world projects, and may spend time in Columbus, OH, Johnston, RI, or Boston, MA headquarters.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Economics, or similar
Expected graduation in 2027-2028
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Experience with raw and prepared datasets

Responsibilities

Analyze business data to uncover patterns in customer behavior and operational performance
Interpret findings and show real-world impact for customers and stakeholders
Measure impact of new products post-release and identify drivers of variance
Develop insights to inform strategic decisions and opportunities for improvement
Contribute to presentations for senior management with strategic recommendations
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine questions and ensure actionable insights
Develop and interpret dashboards and visualizations aligned with business goals
Present findings to peers and leaders in capstone presentations
