Citizens Bank is offering a Business Insights Graduate Internship in the Data & Analytics group for a 10-week summer program. Interns will be paired with host teams to analyze business performance, research customer behavior, and generate strategic insights.

Projects include customer experience enhancements and spend optimization, with cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams. Interns work at headquarters in Columbus, OH, Johnston, RI, or Boston, MA, contributing to dashboards,

Qualifications

Graduate degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Applied Statistics, Applied Math, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or other quantitative fields
Expected graduation date Dec 2027 – Spring 2028 for masters or PhD enrollment
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Experience with raw and prepared datasets

Responsibilities

Analyze business data to uncover patterns in customer behavior and operational performance
Interpret findings in context of real-world impact for customers and stakeholders
Measure impact of new products/services post-release and identify drivers of variance
Develop insights to inform strategy and opportunities for improvement
Contribute to dashboards and visualizations aligned with business goals
Present findings and recommendations to peers and senior leaders
