Qualifications

• 1 year of practical experience OR current enrollment in a culinary program
• Experience with Italian or French cuisine is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly educational meetings and a practical portion in the restaurant.
• Perform host/server/runner/busser/cook duties as assigned at the designated Illinois location.
• Safely use and operate kitchen tools and equipment.
• Work a variety of shifts including weekends and nights.
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken directions; multitask in a busy environment.
