P.J. Keating Company, a CRH Company, offers a Summer Internship in its construction division based in Massachusetts. The intern will assist Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents across multiple projects, gaining hands-on experience in the field.

The role emphasizes safety, OSHA/MSHA training, and understanding QC/QA procedures for aggregates, asphalt, and construction materials, with exposure to bidding, scheduling, and field operations throughout the summer in MA locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on construction projects.
• Learn about safety goals, OSHA training, and safety compliance.
• Gain understanding of QC/QA processes for aggregates, asphalt, and construction materials.
• Learn bidding, pre-construction meetings, and project estimating/bidding processes.
• Spend time in field operations, scheduling, trucking, and traffic control requirements.
