Job summary

P.J. Keating Company, a CRH company, is seeking Summer Interns for its construction division in Massachusetts. The internship runs May through August 2026 and supports field and operational teams across MA, including Lunenburg and Acushnet.

Interns will gain hands-on experience while learning OSHA/MSHA regulations, QC/QA practices, and project management fundamentals. The position is based in Massachusetts with potential travel to various job sites.

Qualifications

• Safety-minded and highly motivated
• Willing to perform general laboring duties as needed
• Located in Massachusetts with potential travel within the state

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Engineers, Project Managers and Superintendents on construction projects
• Learn about safety goals, OSHA/MSHA regulations and QC/QA processes
• Gain exposure to bidding, scheduling, and field operations in a construction setting
• Support field and operational teams during the 2026 summer internship
• Potentially perform general laboring duties as needed
• Based in Massachusetts; travel may be required to projects across the state
