Job summary

P.J. Keating Company, a CRH company, seeks Summer Interns to join its construction division in Massachusetts. You will assist Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents while gaining hands-on experience across safety, bidding, scheduling, field operations, and QA/QC processes.

The internship runs May 2026 through August 2026 with opportunities in Lunenburg, MA and Acushnet, MA. Travel to job sites within the state may be required; commitment to safety and hands-on learning is

Qualifications

• Qualified, safety minded and highly motivated for a construction internship.
• Interest or study in construction is preferred.
• Willing to learn safety regulations and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Engineers, Project Managers and Superintendents on construction projects.
• Learn and support safety goals, OSHA regulations and MSHA compliance.
• Gain exposure to bidding, planning, scheduling and field operations.
• Participate in QC/QA processes for aggregates, asphalt, and construction materials.
• Perform general labor tasks as needed and travel within MA.
