Job summary

Mount Hermon Association Incorporated is seeking Staff Counselors to support the emotional, personal, and spiritual well-being of Summer Staff. The role focuses on overseeing staff community living, conducting floor meetings, and coordinating with the Chief of Staff to foster a Christ-centered community throughout the Conference Center.

Qualifcations include high school graduation (college preferred), CPR/First Aid, and a background in ministry or human services.

Qualifications

• Must possess leadership skills and emotional/spiritual maturity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing summer staff community life and living areas.
• Meet with staff on floors for discipleship-driven one-on-one sessions.
• Coordinate with Chief of Staff to build community and plan group or individual check-ins.
• Support dorm life by coordinating with facilities and custodial teams.
• Assist in setting up weekly spiritual development meetings and camp activities.
• Help with room checks, laundry area supervision, and addressing needs.
