Job summary

Gray internship program seeks motivated undergraduates to join our Concrete, Steel, MEP, Safety and In-Plant Services divisions for Summer 2027. The role offers hands-on experience across project lifecycle activities in office and field environments.

You will support safety, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and coordination while learning sequencing, data gathering, and reporting under supervision. Strong teamwork and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Comfortable working in office and field environments.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Observing and assisting safety efforts and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support safety management, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and project coordination.
• Assist with quantity takeoffs, project estimates, budgets, and proposals.
• Help track progress and update timelines and production data.
• Coordinate communication with contractors and owners under supervision.
