Job summary

Cambridge is offering a Next Step 11-week paid summer internship for students pursuing Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or related fields. The internship runs May 17 – July 30 and provides mentorship, professional development, and access to industry education, leadership panels, and networking events.

Location options include Phoenix, AZ or Fairfield, IA with on-site work. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; CPT/OPT not accommodated.

Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate student in a field such as Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or related area.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing compliance reviews and projects involving disclosures, data analysis, policy reviews, and daily activities.
• Conduct regulatory research and identify potential program gaps.
• Maintain trackers, prepare reports, and assist with audits and training materials.
• Attend meetings with department leadership and collaborate with other departments to gain exposure.
