Job summary

Location options include Fairfield, IA; West Des Moines, IA; and Phoenix, AZ, with housing support for some slots. The program runs May 17–July 30 as a paid summer internship, staffed by mentors and career workshops, with a strong conversion path to full-time opportunities for many

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate degree in a relevant field with interest in software development.
• Fundamental object-oriented programming knowledge and C# or similar language.
• Experience with .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL databases is desirable.
• Interest in CI/CD, Agile/Scrum practices, and modern app development.

Responsibilities

• Assist product backlog by designing and developing software features.
• Write automated unit tests and participate in code reviews.
• Work with relational databases, APIs, and event-driven components.
• Create test plans, perform testing, and document results.
• Collaborate with mentors and teams to learn Agile practices.
