Job summary

Qualifications

• Open to undergraduates pursuing accounting, finance or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and learn new technology.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with data handling is a plus.
• Accounting background Helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Support compensation processing and reporting.
• Contribute to Workday and Cadency transition initiatives.
• Review procedures to improve efficiency and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to obtain test data.
• Support data integrity and transition of payments.
• Work on a major improvement project within Accounting and Commissions.
